Our winter plant shipping protection is engineered to ship plants during the cold winter months. Please add this winter shipping protection when ordering plants during the winter months (November - April) if you experience temperatures below 50°F.

Cold Weather Protection Guarantee: If your order arrives with cold damage when the shipping protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund.
If temps drop below 0 Degrees, we will hold off on shipping until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens.
