25 Day Houseplant Guarantee
If your plant ever arrives in bad condition as a result of a rough shipping journey or if the plant becomes unhealthy within 25 days, send us a photo to our email over at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are always happy to issue a replacement or a refund. If the plant you need replaced is out of stock, we are always happy to issue a different plant of your choice of a similar value.
Please note if we were to send a replacement instead of a refund, we are not liable for the replacement arriving damaged.
*During the cold months (November-April), if winter shipping protection is not added to the order and cold damage does occur, the 25 day guarantee will NOT be granted.
All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking information.
** Plants and products may arrive in separate boxes so if your order arrives and you are missing an item, please wait a day or two before contacting us.
You are responsible for ensuring that the address you put in the order is complete and correct. You have within 24 hours of placing the order to notify us of any changes or corrections to the address.
For packages that are lost in transit, first please reach out to the courier to see if they can provide you with an update. Unfortunately, once the package is sent, it is in the courier’s hands to deliver it safely to you. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier. If you are unable to find any information from the courier, feel free to reach out to email@example.com and we will see what we can do to help!
