My number one tip to making sure your houseplants stay happy and healthy is to make sure all of your pots have proper drainage. Drainage holes are essential if you want your plant babes to thrive.
Without these drainage holes, the water can not properly drain from the soil, leaving the soil oversaturated. Oversaturated soil can then lead to root rot and other fungi and diseases, which will ultimately kill your houseplants. So please PLEASE make sure all your pots and planters have drainage holes. Your plants will thank you.
